Bacon & Ham Hobo – for the win! Chorizo Hobo – for the win! Trestles – for another win! I can’t even begin to explain how delicious the food was. Every bite was perfect. And the woman who helped us—possibly the owner—had the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Seriously… ever. We’ll absolutely be back

If you haven't tried it, you are missing something good! My favorite is the Bacon Hobo (see photos) and a small White Chocolate Coffee $12 and worth every bit of it!

The food is always amazing! It's made to order, hot, fresh and FAST! My favorite is the Smoke Stack banana and chocolate bubble waffle It's insanely delicious! The drinks are really yummy too!

We moved to Winnsboro at the end of 2023. On our first Saturday we found the Caboose. We found the food over the top , the coffee drinks are so much better then the nation chains and the folks behind the window amazing. They have now moved to oil street just across from the new dolor tree. After sampling all the food options and drinks I have come to the conclusion that they have the best breakfast options in my new home town. And as they are now open 7 days a week so I can get my fix anytime…

This place is great. Been hitting up the speak easy when I'm in town. But this place has great coffee options and the food is by far the best. You have your typical breakfast places that microwave your food just cause you can't work a microwave. Not this place. Food is made from scratch and does taste like real food and not the typical grill it's cooked off of.
